a leader in tech reflects on her professional strengths

Have you ever wondered how you can capitalize on the skills you already have to become a better leader in tech?

You know you've got it, but find yourself wondering how to use it?  Do you....

  • Want to start capitalizing on your leadership potential but have no idea where to start?

  • Wonder how to advance into leadership positions without sacrificing who you are?

  • Worry whether or not you even have the traits necessary to become a good leader?

Then it’s time for you to take the Leadership Strengths Assessment and understand what your unique character strengths are and how to lean into them to propel yourself forward as a leader in tech.  You’ll identify the personal leadership strengths that you already, naturally possess and how to use those strengths to help you stop struggling to be seen and heard at work.

Here's How It Works

You’ll complete a brief on-line assessment from Clifton, the industry leaders in strength assessments. Then you’ll hop on a 50-minute call with me where we will do a deep dive into what the results mean and how to use them to advance your leadership potential.  At the end you will …

  • Find out what your primary character strength is ….. and it’s probably not what you think!

  • Know exactly what you can start doing immediately to find the balance between leaning into your strengths so that they assist you in moving forward in your career and over using them to the point where they end up holding you back.

  • Have clear, guided exercises to help you to continue to find ways to rely on the unique attributes of who you are to gain recognition and respect from your colleagues and confidence in the way you handle yourself and communicate your ideas, especially in difficult situations.

I've really appreciated working with Mary these last couple of months. She makes connections very clearly and can guide or push you in areas where you're feeling stuck. It's been helpful to learn about how my strengths can compliment or compensate for areas where I struggle. Additionally, she has helped me through life and work transitions through her curiosity and great questions.
