My name is Mary. I'm looking forward to meeting you.

I haven't always been a coach.  I started my career as a software engineer.  That’s where I developed my superpowers of analysis, organization, and distilling information. Today I use that superpower to help the people I work with shift through the billions of pieces of data that make up their professional lives to not only find the clarity they are looking for, but help them implement the changes they are looking to make.

Over the course of my 20+ year career in engineering, I evolved my own career from being an individual contributor to running entire departments as Vice President of Engineering.  Along the way, I learned the essence of true leadership and the keys to career advancement. I experienced first hand how challenging this journey can be,  especially for a woman in a male-dominated profession. I also learned, the hard way, what happens when you focus exclusively on your career at the expense of your health and personal priorities.

Encountering many people grappling with similar challenges motivated me to create Possibilities Coaching Solutions in 2019 as a way to share my knowledge and support others. As an ICF-certified coach I have helped people like you figure out how to become  leaders in the tech space while still having the work/life balance needed to excel both personally and professionally.

My ultimate goal is to empower people to become the best versions of themselves, finding fulfillment and emotional well-being in their careers.  I'd love to hear from you.
