How do we get started?

Most potential new clients start out with a free 20-minute video call for us to get to know each other and consider next steps.  Click here to request your free consultation. You can also use the Get In Touch page to email me questions or inquire about next steps.

Do you work with companies as well as individuals?

Yes.  If you represent an organization that is interested in furthering the professional growth of its employees by sponsoring coaching sessions for them, please click here to request your free consultation where we can discuss your needs and the goals for your team members.

How do I book a session or make a payment?

If you are a new client, please click here to request your free consultation.   Once you are an existing client, you will have 24/7 access to an on-line client portal where you will be able to view my calendar, request sessions, pay for sessions, message me, and view previous session notes.  If you are unable to log on to the client portal for any reason, you can always reach out via email.

Are sessions conducted in person or on-line?

Currently, all sessions are being held on-line using Zoom video conferencing which allows me to work with people located anywhere in the world!

How do I know if your style of coaching is right for me?

Every coach has their own style and unique set of skills. That's why I think it's important to start each potential new client engagement with a free 20-minute consultation.  During this call you can learn more about me and what I have to offer while I can learn more about what you are looking for in a coach. How much do you charge and what types of payment do you accept?

The cost depends on the type of session and whether or not it's purchased as part of a package. For a description of the currently available packages and their costs, please click the Service menu above.

 

Currently all payments from individuals are made securely on-line via Stripe at the time the session or package is purchased using a major credit card.  Unfortunately, I am unable to accept other forms of payment from individuals. Different payment options are available for organizations.

Will I have to do "homework" outside of our sessions?

The coaching process is catered to each individual based on what they are looking to get out of the relationship.  That being said, most people engage in coaching to improve skills, learn new things, change habits, or to help achieve professional goals.  Most of these things will require you to do work outside of our sessions such as reading, journaling, trying new tactics, etc. How much time you devote outside of our sessions working to achieve your goals will be entirely up to you.

Can I ask you questions in between sessions?

Yes.  Using the client portal (which you will have access to after scheduling your first session) you will be able to message me with brief session-related follow-up questions or session-related issues that arise for up to 2 weeks following our session.

Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours of their start time.  However, whether a canceled session is eligible for a refund or only a future credit depends on whether it was purchased individually or as part of a package.  Please review the full cancelation and refund policy found on the Cancellation Policy page for more detailed information.

What are your hours (and time zone)?

Sessions and answers to email questions are typically available Monday - Friday from 10:00am - 4:00pm Eastern Time (7:00am - 1:00pm Pacific).  However, appointments can be made available by special arrangement at other times during the work week.   Sessions are generally not available on weekends.

Do you only work with women in tech?

No. Because that aligns with my background and niche, I am able to offer specific insight to women in tech. However, I work with clients of all genders and in all industries.  Click here to request your free consultation to see if working together would be a good fit for you.

Do purchased sessions expire?

Yes, they do. How long you have to use your purchased sessions depends on what type of package the session is associated with.  Review the Cancellation Policy page for information on how long your have to use the sessions associated with the different packages.  No credits or refunds are given for expired sessions.
